She also got this pink puppy for being so good when she had her x-rays taken.
She should be getting her cast off July 6th (My b-day!) and will need to be in a splint for another week or so. They'll follow-up with additional x-rays to make sure it has healed properly.
Wish us luck! It's not going to be easy keeping her out of the pool and sprinklers for the next month or so!!!

that is the worst! She looks happy enough though--I hoe summer works out for ya--sounds long not taking her swimming etc. poor kid!
that's such a cute cast though...did you know that they make casts now that can get wet? You can swim and do everything with them... I hope it goes fast for her.... It's not that much longer.
We asked the doctor about the wet cast and they wouldn't do it in that office because everyone of their patients would develop a gross rash. Probably something to do with the arm getting wet and being unable to dryout. Bummer huh?
